Our work speaks for itself. This is the plain-English part that keeps things fair for both of us.
1. Agreement to these Terms
IKAG Lawn Care ("we," "us," or "our") operates ikaglawncare.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What we do
IKAG Lawn Care is a lawn care and grounds maintenance business serving Fort Worth and surrounding areas. The Site provides information about our services and lets you request a quote or contact us. Specific work is governed by the written estimate or service agreement between you and us, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
3. Quotes and bookings
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change after we assess the property. Scheduling is arranged directly with you and is subject to weather and availability.
4. Using the Site
You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Site, including attempting to breach its security or interfere with its operation.
5. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Photos and results shown are examples and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, IKAG Lawn Care will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability for the services themselves is governed by your service agreement.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IKAG Lawn Care, its owner and team from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
8. Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver
If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try in good faith to resolve it informally.
If we cannot resolve it, you and IKAG Lawn Care agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under a recognized provider's rules, seated in the State of Texas, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court. Liability for the lawn services themselves is governed by your service agreement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you and IKAG Lawn Care waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only individually, and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and are the entire agreement regarding use of the Site. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
